MyChart makes it easy to manage your healthcare online
(For Existing Patients)
MyChart lets you and your doctor view your medical information — including your medical history, health records and test results — all in one place, all at the same time, even if you’ve been seen at multiple offices. You can securely view and update your health information online, as well as review details of your insurance and payment plans. If you have children or other family members who need help, you can manage their health information from your MyChart account, too.

Telehealth services make it easier and more convenient for you to see a doctor. For new patients, SBH offers telehealth appointments for internal medicine, OB/GYN, and pediatrics. Existing patients can use telehealth for all services offered in Ambulatory Care.
