St. Barnabas Receives Gold Seals from the American College of Radiology

St. Barnabas has received the designation “Breast Imaging Center of Excellence” from the American College of Radiology (ACR) accrediting the hospital’s radiology services with a gold seal of approval in Mammography, Steriotactic Breast Biopsy, Breast Ultrasound and Ultrasound-Guided Breast Biopsy.

Radiology has also received the ACR’s gold seal in Positron Emission Tomography (PET), Computed Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, and Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The seal of approval reflects the ACR Gold Standard and is designed to demonstrate the hospital’s strong commitment to image quality and safety.
