St. Barnabas Hospital’s Patient and Family Service Center offers the convenience of multiple services all at one location. The Center’s friendly and professional bilingual staff is available to help patients and their families with the following:
- Admitting forms and documentation
- Financial information and payment options
- Paperwork to request copies of medical records
- MetroCards and payments
Open 7 days a week
Admitting: 6am - Midnight
Financial Representatives: 7am - 7pm
Cashier: 9am - 5pm (Mon. - Fri.)
