SOCIAL WORK CLINICIAN:

LMSW or LCSW required to provide comprehensive and integrated mental health services in an outpatient mental health clinic. Must be a graduate of an accredited Social Work School.  Qualified applicants must have the ability to work with multi cultural and diverse age populations, which may include working with children.  In addition, applicants must have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.  Bilingual Spanish/English required.

Qualifications

The Clinical Data Analyst is responsible for database support, dashboard and operational reporting and data analysis.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Evaluates user’s needs and requests for information systems relative to current systems and available technologies and applications.
•Evaluates processes as requested and recommends re-engineering around utilization of computerized applications to maximize departmental and organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
•Serve as liaison with user departments in resolving system/application issues.
•Evaluates problem situations in depth, arrives at independent conclusions and coordinates problem resolution for issues related to information systems use and implementation within the department, among departments and disciplines, with medical staff and outside vendors.
•Develops system documentation and user manuals.
•Responsible for adjusting database table fields, write queries, and create reports based on department needs.
•Provides ongoing analysis, maintenance, technical and functional support for information systems throughout the organization.  Identify system deficiencies, analyze system problems and formulate solutions. 
•Develop familiarity with data dictionary/field definitions for appropriate applications.
•Develop ability to generate moderately complex SQL queries as requested by user departments.
•Provides support to management by collecting and analyzing data and reporting results.
•Chart data flows of existing and new systems based on conversations with IT and business analysts

Education:
•Bachelor’s degree in CIS, Computer Engineering or Medical Engineering
Experience:
•2-4 years active and progressive experience with healthcare data.
•Experience writing and analyzing SQL queries
•Experience with MS Visio and data flow charting
•Developing business and functional requirements based on business needs
•Understanding of a wide range of interpretive analysis tools (e.g. trend analysis, spreadsheets, comparisons, graphs, summary versus detail charts, drill down, correlations, exception analysis)
•Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical partners
